Ceramics

  • Careful handling: Ceramic products can be fragile, so they should be handled with care to avoid breakage or cracking. Avoid dropping or knocking the products against hard surfaces. These pieces have details painted with gold luster, which should be handled as little as possible to avoid dropping and damaging the paint.
  • Temperature: Ceramic can be sensitive to temperature changes, so it is important not to subject them to extreme temperatures, such as placing them directly in the oven, dishwasher, microwave or freezer.
  • Cleaning: To clean ceramic products, use mild detergents and soft sponges, avoiding cleaning the gold details with the sponge, preferably using a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaning products or hard brushes, as they may damage the surface of the product.
  • Storage: Ceramic products should be placed in a safe and secure location, preferably on a shelf or cupboard that is not exposed to direct sunlight or excessive humidity.
  • Proper use: The pieces should only be used for the purpose for which they were designed and created. They should not be used in the oven nor can they be placed in the dishwasher or microwave.

Wooden mirrors and frames

  • Mirrors and glass can be cleaned with glass cleaner and a soft cloth. Avoid getting any product on the wooden frame. To clean the wooden frame, it is recommended to use a dry cloth.

  • It is recommended to wash the tote bag by hand or dry clean. Avoid using hard brushes, wringing, putting it in the washing machine or dryer.

Our payments are processed by PayU and PayPal. Debit payments are accepted from savings or current accounts through PSE or payments at Baloto points. Likewise, Visa, American Express, Master Card and Diners credit cards are accepted.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF COLOMBIA?

Yes, we ship to other countries outside of Colombia. Depending on your location, shipping costs vary. Before finalizing your purchase, you will be able to see the shipping cost that applies to your location. Once we receive approval of your purchase, we will send you the tracking number so you can track the package.

WHAT MATERIALS ARE THE JEWELS MADE OF?

Most of our jewelry is made of gold-plated bronze or 24kt silver. However, we also carry some products in 925 silver. To find out what material a piece is made of, we invite you to read the product description.

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

To check the status of your order, you must access the Tracking option located at the bottom of our website, where you can enter your order number and email address. If you have any problems tracking it, send us an email to customerservice@danielasalcedo.com and we will help you communicate the status of it.

CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE WHAT I PURCHASED?

You can return or exchange unused products in perfect condition. The right of withdrawal must be made within 5 business days from the delivery of the jewel(s), and the money will be refunded to the customer within a period of approximately twenty-five (25) to thirty (30) business days. Exchanges must be made within 15 calendar days following the date of your purchase indicated on the invoice. In both cases, the invoice must be presented. Discounted products are considered final sale and exchanges or returns are not accepted.
